ATLANTIC CANADA’S PREMIER MOTORCYCLE AND ATV SHOW RETURNS TO MONCTON

MONCTON, NB. – The Motorcycle & ATV Show – Moncton, Atlantic Canada’s premier Motorcycle & ATV Show returned to the Moncton Coliseum February 14-16, 2014. Unfortunately, for the second year in a row, winters grip once again took hold with a vengeance, forcing The Motorcycle Show –  Moncton to close its doors on Sunday, February 16.  However, we did draw over 7,700 people over the first two days of the show but as expected, total attendance was down from the previous year because of the heavy snow storm that prevented the show from opening on the last day.

This year’s show featured a return performance from Hub City Stunters and “She Rides Nite” on Friday, offering half price tickets and pricing for the ladies. Again, the always-popular Yamaha Riding Academy returned allowing children ages 6 to 12 a chance to test out a Yamaha TT-R off-road motorcycle. New features that were added this year included Clinton Smout’s “How To” Seminars with instructions on rider safety and obstacle maneuvering. Also new for 2014, the Belanger Family demonstrated Trials techniques on both Motorcycles and bicycles.

Despite the weather conditions “The Motorcycle & ATV Show – Moncton, was a success.” said Show Manager Neil Fardy. “Friday drew a good crowd, followed by a great day on Saturday with attendees lined up to get an early start on the day. Visitors couldn’t wait to check out the new lines of bikes, ATV’s & Scooters and enjoy the feature performances taking place over the weekend.

Produced by Power Sport Services, the 2014 Motorcycle & ATV Show – Moncton, boasted an impressive line-up of manufacturers, that included the latest models from Arctic Cat, BMW Motorrad, Deeley Harley-Davidson, Ducati, Honda, , KTM, , Piaggio, Polaris, Triumph, Victory and Yamaha, just to name a few.
